Welcome to the Colorado Film Commission’s Legislative Task Force page.

On this page we will be providing you with the information that we have developed to assist in our legislative efforts for the 2009 Legislation Session.

Below you will find a copy of last year’s legislation that will be updated later this year in preparation for the next legislative session. Most importantly you will also find a list of Colorado’s elected officials and legislators. We encourage you to contact the Governor and your personal legislators and encourage them to support the creation of meaningful and substantial incentives for the film industry.

We will also be adding a list of Colorado Film Commission legislative supporters, actual letters of support from businesses and organizations, interesting articles relating to film incentives and production around the country in the near future.

We urge you to contact any groups that you are involved with and encourage them to support our proposed legislation and to send us their letters.
