Alexis Gentry Named New Operations/Communications Coordinator

The Colorado Film Commission is pleased to announce the addition of Alexis Gentry to the staff.

Alexis Gentry, a native of Boulder, graduated from The George Washington University in Washington DC in 2006, earning a B.A. in Film Studies. She came to the Colorado Film Commission in November 2006 as a volunteer, taking over many web-related tasks. Since becoming the Operations/Communications Coordinator for the Colorado Film Commission in July, Gentry has worked on the Colorado Film Commission website as well as assisting Marcia Morgan, Director of Fund Development, with membership drives and promotions. In recent months, Alexis created a membership communications program, keeping Colorado Film Commission members up to date on the latest Colorado production news and opportunities.

In addition to her work at the Colorado Film Commission, Alexis is also the Editor of entertainment website Trashwire.com.
